Delete your Badger Airsoft account

Badger Airsoft (iOS, Android and badgerairsoft.app) is made by 6mm Badger LLC. Updated: October 2, 2026

Delete it yourself, in the app or on the web

1. Open the Badger Airsoft app, or sign in at badgerairsoft.app.
2. Tap the gear icon (top right) to open Settings.
3. Under Account, tap Delete….
4. Type DELETE in the box and tap Delete account.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You are signed out everywhere at once.

Can't sign in?

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm it is you and delete the account within 45 days.

What is deleted

• Your account profile: handle, display name, email, phone number, membership and subscription status.
• Sign-in credentials and linked sign-in providers, every device and session, push-notification tokens.
• Your cloud backup (loadouts, gear, drills) stored on our servers.
• Your synced data and photos (loadouts, gear, your armoury, drills, shot-timer sessions and the rest of what syncs between your devices), and the copy kept before each device first synced.
• Team memberships, applications, RSVPs and awards you received; friendships and blocks.
• Direct messages, team chat and group messages you sent, reactions and read markers.
• Loadout and drill shares you created, notification and reminder settings, email preferences.
• Reports and flags you filed, support tickets you opened, business claims you started.
• Any subscription started on badgerairsoft.app is cancelled at the same time.
• The record of an App Store subscription bought in the iPhone app is removed from your account, but the App Store subscription itself is not cancelled: Apple bills it. Cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions).

What is kept, and for how long

• Field reviews and tips you contributed to the directory stay, without your name, as the privacy policy describes.
• Team schedules, tasks and groups you created keep working for the other members; your name is no longer attached.
• Security and audit records (an opaque account id and the time of the deletion) are kept for accountability.
• Unsubscribe requests are kept so we never email you again by mistake.
• Giveaway entries are kept until the draw closes and any prize-dispute period has passed, then deleted.
• Payment records for subscriptions are kept by our payment provider (Stripe) for as long as tax and dispute rules require. App Store purchases are recorded by Apple under your Apple ID; our log of Apple's renewal and refund notices keeps Apple's transaction number but not your account.

Data on your phone

Loadouts, gear lists, drills and shot-timer sessions also live on your device. Deleting the account removes the synced copies on our servers but leaves the ones on your devices in place; delete the app (or clear site data in your browser) to remove them.
