Common questions
- My sign-in link never arrived. Check your spam folder. Links expire after 10 minutes; request a new one from the sign-in screen. If you signed up with a password, use "Sign in with email and password".
- I'm a YouTube channel member but the app says free. Open Settings → Account → Verify membership and sign in with the Google account that holds your 6mm Badger membership. Membership is re-checked when it renews.
- How do I subscribe or manage my subscription? Paid tiers are sold at badgerairsoft.app. Sign in on the website, open Settings → Account, and use Manage billing to change your plan, update your card or cancel. A cancelled plan keeps its features until the end of the period you paid for.
- I subscribed in the iPhone app. Apple bills Badger Membership bought in the iPhone app. Change or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions), or from Settings → Account → Manage in the app. On a new iPhone, sign in to the same Badger account and tap Restore Purchases on the membership screen. Refunds for App Store purchases are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- I changed phones. Where are my loadouts? Loadouts, gear and drills live on the device. Turn on Cloud Backup in Settings on the old phone, then sign in on the new one and choose Restore. Settings → Export also saves a file you can keep.
- The shot timer doesn't hear my shots. Allow microphone access when asked, raise the sensitivity slider, and keep the phone within a few metres of your platform. On iPhone, make sure Silent mode is off for the beep.
- A field or store is missing or wrong. Open it in Places and use Suggest an edit, or add it with Add a place. Business owners can claim their listing from the listing page.
- Someone is harassing me in chat. Open their profile and use Block or Report. Blocked people cannot message you or see your shares. Reports are reviewed by us.
- A charge looks wrong. Email us with the date and amount and we will sort it out.
